From the Desk of President Our Vision

To be a leader in Management Development Movement
We are already leader in our category.
Then What is our vision?
‘Sustaining the success”
Of course, it is not a piece of cake.
We have always been attracted to the idea of investigating success especially what sustains it. This is the best time to understand the risks of taking the success for granted .The success is not permanent and there is always more to learn .

The Ambani’s have succeeded by developing a sharp focus on new opportunities, flawless project execution and the ability to manage the environment.
Leaders play an important part in leading the TEAM to achieve and sustain the success.
What is TEAM ?
I believe, TEAM stands for Together Everybody Achieve More .
I believe Vichar ,Vani &Vartan should be tuned to play in harmony. They should not be divulging but they should be convulging.
Team is group of like minded (Vichar) people ,who speak (vani) same language –language of success and their act –vartan-is to achieve and sustain the success.
I believe TMA members is the fitting example of TEAM

I assure
• Better Administration
• Better Communication
• Unique Programmes
• Increased Participation
I Plan
• That all the meeting to preceed by fellowship –to increase interaction of members.
• That all the meeting to start with a management thought –This will facilitate individual member to realize their potentials.
• That all Program faculties / Guest of Honor should be welcomed not by flowers booke but by longer lasting management thoughts.
• That the memento should be everlasting books on management .
To accomplish my plan and to stand for my assurance
I expect my members to be SMART
SPECIFIC PLANS, MEASURABLE GOALS, ACTION ORIENTED, RESPONSIBILITY SHARED AND TIMEBOUND
I am fighting fit .
But it is not enough ,
What I need no arms ,no weapons ,but all your support.
Let us be focused and have burning desire to win.
No one can go back and make a brand new beginning but we can start now and make a brand new ending.
